Operation sequence of high-voltage disconnector

1. When operating the high-voltage disconnector, the high-voltage disconnector manufacturer should first check the circuit breaker of the corresponding circuit to ensure the true opening position, which can prevent pulling and closing the disconnector under load.

2. During line shutdown and power transmission, disconnect switches should be pulled and closed in sequence. During power failure operation, first pull the circuit breaker, then pull the line side disconnect switch, and then pull the bus side disconnect switch. The power transmission operation sequence is opposite to the power failure sequence, because in the event of misoperation, the above sequence can reduce the scope of minor issues and avoid artificially expanding the incident to the bus.

3. During operation, when there are serious defects such as serious damage to the transmission rod of the disconnector, the operation cannot be carried out. In addition, there should be personnel on duty to check the opening and closing directions, synchronization conditions, contact touch depth, and other items on site phase by phase to ensure that the disconnector acts correctly and has a correct orientation.

4. The disconnecting switch generally needs to be operated in the main control room. When the remote control electrical operation fails, manual or electric operation can be performed locally on the site, but only with the permission of the station master or technical director, and with on-site supervision.
