(1) The disconnector is allowed to operate for a long time under the rated current and rated voltage. The temperature of the connector with the conductor during operation should not exceed 70 ℃. The disconnector should not have a special arc extinguishing device. Therefore, it is forbidden to open and close with load.
(2) Meet the thermal stability requirements.
(3) When the disconnector is in the off position, there should be sufficient safety distance between the live and power off equipment.
Normal patrol
(1) Whether the porcelain insulation is complete without cracks and discharge imagination.
(2) Check whether the connecting rod and parts are welded, deformed, rusted, loose, and fallen off, and whether the nuts fastened by the connecting pins are intact.
(3) Check whether the locking device is in good condition, whether the pin is locked firmly, whether the auxiliary contact position is correct and in good contact, and whether the mechanism shell is grounded well.
(4) When the disconnector with grounding switch is grounded, check whether the three-phase grounding switch is in good contact.
(5) After the disconnector is closed, whether the two contacts fully enter the knife tip, whether the contact between the contacts is good, and whether the temperature exceeds 70 ℃ under the rated current.
(6) After the disconnector passes the short-circuit current, check whether the insulator of the disconnector is damaged and discharged, and whether the moving and stationary contacts and joints are melted.
